Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of beauty.sastomela.com and every purchase from Sasto Mela Pvt. Ltd. ("Sasto Mela", "we"). By placing an order you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not order.

You must be 18 or older and able to receive delivery at an address in Nepal. By ordering you confirm the details you give us are accurate and that the phone number is yours.

Every product is sourced from the brand or its authorised Nepal distributor and delivered sealed. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them; shades may look different on screens. If a product we sold is proven counterfeit, you receive a full refund.

All prices are in Nepali rupees and include applicable VAT. Delivery charges are shown before you confirm. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch; if we do, you can cancel for a full refund.

• Cash on delivery: pay the courier in cash on receipt.
• eSewa and Khalti: paid at checkout; the order ships after confirmation.
• Bank transfer: on request for larger orders.

An order is accepted when we confirm it by SMS or phone. We may decline or limit orders, for example for stock, suspected fraud or repeated refused deliveries. You can cancel free of charge any time before dispatch by contacting us. After dispatch, the returns policy applies.

We deliver to all 77 districts of Nepal through courier partners. Typical times: Kathmandu Valley 1-2 days, other cities 2-3 days, remote districts 3-5 days. Times are estimates, not guarantees; strikes, weather and road closures can delay parcels. Please check the parcel is sealed and undamaged when you receive it.

If a cash on delivery parcel is refused or cannot be delivered after two attempts, we may decline future cash on delivery orders from that address.

Sealed, unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons opened cosmetics cannot be returned unless damaged or not as described. Report a wrong or damaged item within 48 hours with a photo and we replace it or refund at our cost. Refunds are made to your eSewa, Khalti or bank account within 3 working days of receiving the return. Full details are on the Help page.

You may use the site to browse and buy for personal use. You may not scrape it, resell our listings, attempt to access other customers' data, or interfere with its operation. Content, photos, text and the Sasto Mela name and logo belong to Sasto Mela or its suppliers and may not be reused without permission.

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered in good condition. Beyond replacing or refunding the products, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Nepali law. Always follow the product's own usage instructions and patch-test cosmetics if you have sensitive skin.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. We try to resolve any complaint directly first; contact us and we respond within one working day. Unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu.

We may update these terms as the store grows. The version in force is the one published on the site when you place your order. The date at the top shows the latest version.
